Lunch
You guys have probably seen the pics we've posted of the Giant/MOSH warehouse. Here is a vid of Chris Arriaga shredding it during his lunch break. Chris is an OG bmx pro that rides with effortless style. He also pulled the first backflip ever at our trails yesterday... buttery smooth.

Lucky

Mikey started an interesting thread over on RM about how lucky we are. Bryce and Mike put in a ton of work into this landing. It may not look like much, but a landing this size that's shaped this nicely is hard to come by at our trails (because it's forever dry and the dirt sucks). Honestly, I've always been into function over form at this spot. But, in this day and age of internet vanity, it's nice to have something that looks almost as impressive as it is to ride.

Life On The 405

This past Saturday was international "go skateboarding day" and I guess some guy decided to go skateboarding on the 405. Rad. For those that don't know, the 405 is probably the busiest freeway in California (they actually call it the 405 because you usually only go about 4 or 5 miles per hour). The ironic thing is that he probably got to wherever he was going faster than the rest of traffic... I just hope that someplace wasn't jail.

TJ Lavin's Tribute To Stephen Murray
TJ and Nasty are both a few years older than me, but I can tell they grew up in the same hip hop era that I did. I think this tribute is pretty well done.

Boost It Up

This picture was taken maybe a month ago. Just last week, we changed up the lip on this jump to give it a more natural transition and more boostability. I swear it feels like you can boost a good two feet higher off of it now. We'll have some pictures at some point that should confirm or disprove this theory.
Mikey also beefed up the landing and made it steeper... adding even more speed and boostitude to the next jump. They're just tons of fun right now. I was telling the dudes that I could just ride them all day, not do any tricks, and not get tired of it... which is a good thing since I don't do many tricks in the first place.

Liquid Vid - Skeleton Trails
Here's a short little clip put together by Potato Grande. The footage was taken over the past few weeks out at our trails. We hope to do more edits like this fairly often with different spots and riders from around California.

Wood West
Before...

After...

Jackson over at Sasquatch Canyon has a post up showing some recent pics from Woodward West. I guess his buddy Dave and some friends are responsible for the upkeep of the jumps over the summer. Check the job they did... sooooo nice.
